非常喜欢Auto Pager，一直在 FireFox上用。现在用chrome，发觉chrome下的Autopager扩展很多比较重要的功能还没迁移过来。所以希望能够做点贡献，麻烦回答下下面的3个问题：
1. Auto Pager是开源项目吗？
2. 使用什么语言和开发环境？
